Jon opened M&W in 2014 after relocating back to St Leonards, having previously lived in London and Kent. He oversees all property sales and transactions as well as the day-today running of the M&W office.
Jon’s transparency with clients and high-quality service has helped M&W gain a wellrespected reputation, helped in no small part by his passion for the local area and all it has to offer. He looks forward to M&W helping more people in St Leonards, Hastings, Bexhill and Battle in the near future.
Rachael has been with M&W since 2021, with a further 15 years experience in lettings. She deals with all day-to-day landlord and tenant queries, with much of her attention focused on property management.
Rachael regularly meets with landlords to give them the most accurate rental valuation in line with the current property market. With Rachael’s extensive knowledge, you can be assured your property is in safe hands.
Jasmine began her career with M&W in 2020, starting as an office apprentice. After completing her agent qualifications she now progresses all agreed sales, keeping the vendor, purchaser and solicitors informed of developments throughout each transaction.
Jasmine enjoys meeting our clients and has already developed a wealth of knowledge on property and the local area. We look forward to supporting Jasmine as she prospers with the team.
Deidre moved to St Leonards in 2018 and we’re proud to say she’s worked for M&W ever since. Her main role is inspecting and using her property expertise and experience to manage our growing rental portfolio.
Luke has been a valued M&W team member since 2016. Having also grown up locally, his in-depth knowledge of the area means he excels in presenting our clients with property options that meet both their individual and family needs. Prior to joining M&W, Luke previously worked in a financial role in London and then for another major local letting agent when moving back to St. Leonards.
